Concessional Licensing
The Charger Club of Western Australia is a registered car club with the Council of Motoring Clubs of Western Australia and an approved car club with the Department of Transport of Western Australia. The Charger Club is authorised to provide concessional licence facilities to its members.
There are two types of concessional licences available through the Club - Veteran, vintage, post vintage or invitational vehicle concessions (404) and Concessions for Classics (C4C).
Information on each of these concessional licence types follows below. If you would like to proceed with a concessional licence for your vehicle or have any questions then please contact the Club.
Veteran, vintage, post vintage or invitational vehicle concessions (404)
The 404 concession is for unmodified vehicles which are 25 years old or older
If you are interested in obtaining a 404 concessional registration for your vehicle, please thoroughly read the following documents:

The "Historic" stickers needed for a vehicle on a 404 concession can be purchased at Charger Club meetings.
Impromptu Event/Run
For members already with a 404 concessional licence, you can fill out a form here if you wish to take your vehicle on an impromptu run.
Concessions for Classics (C4C)
The C4C concession is for vehicles manufactured prior to 1990.

The "Restricted Use" stickers (see example) needed for a vehicle on a C4C concession can be purchased at Charger Club meetings.
Recording Vehicle Use
Recording vehicle use for C4C will use the Log Book method initially and the Department of Transport C4C log book template (first page for a calendar year) and C4C log book template page 2 (following pages as needed for a calendar year) are available for printing at the Department of Transport website (select Concessions for Classics scheme), or here.
