Dick owns this great 72 Dodge Challenger currently running a '73 440, freshened up with a new Mopar Purple Shaft cam with .474 lift, 750 HP series Holley, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Mopar Performance HP oil and fuel pumps, 1.7/8" Hooker Super Comp headers, 3" system with Hooker Aero Chamber mufflers and a set of exhaust cutouts to give it a rumbley note. The 727trans has been strengthened and is running a 3.23 Suregrip in the 8.3/4" diff. The car is a hoot to drive and can be idled around in all day and really lights up when booted. Best time so far is 13.14 at 102 mph at Kwinana. Dyno run revealed 420hp (estimated) at the flywheel. YEAH MOPAR !!
