As we are a small community, we will need to have some idea of the number of people who will be visiting our town in order to cater for you all so please register your interest in attending this event by emailing admin@wyalkatchemcrc.com

Those wishing to enter their cherished vehicles for display, please register for the event by paying the $20 registration fee and contacting the organisers with the following details.

For those clubs registering for their members as a block registration, please add the following details to the comments field.

WWA. “Club Name.”

and for individuals.

This way we will be able to identify who the payment is from/for and have special tickets prepared for free museum entrance and Saturday night meal.

Registrations close Friday August 26^th at 5pm, If you have not registered by this date we will have to presume you will not be attending and cater accordingly, so to avoid missing out on one of our fabulous burgers and free access to the museum, please register early.
